What’s the business that you came up with during the IDEA Centre and where is it now?
The starting weeks at the IDEA Centre for me were quite fun. I started to investigate local problems that people were facing, I then started working on a business idea to tackle and try to fix some of those problems with the help of the IDEA Centre program. All the tools, financial support, mentors, work space, and other things were provided by the program to all the students. Even though the program is over, I decided to continue working on my business which is still being developed and hopefully soon to be launched.
If a high school student contacted you now, in what ways do you think you could help them? I would help any other student that is interested in starting their own business, I would always try my hardest to provide any other student with any help.
What advice do you have for young entrepreneurs that are just starting out? My advice for young entrepreneurs would be to make sure you make proper market research and always reach out to mentors and get feedback on your business idea and most importantly, keep going with your idea, don't be afraid to fail because succeeding is a possibility too.
Favourite quote? My favorite quote would be "If you don't build your dream, someone will hire you to help build theirs".
