What’s the business that you came up with during the IDEA Centre and where is it now? I've went through a series of different ideas while in the program, starting with a student cafe and finally picking a service to help future post-secondary students pick the best place for them to study. It's an app through which students would be able to find what University or College suits them personally the best. I’m still working on my idea, though not at the pace I would like to. Currently it's at the stage of prototyping and I'm looking for an app developer.
What are you doing and working on nowadays? I'm currently going to NBCC for Business Administrations, as well as work for Brilliant Labs and Second Cup. In the spare time I get, I work on my business.
If a high school student contacted you now, in what ways do you think you could help them? I would be happy to help them in any way possible or find someone who would if it's something I'm not very knowledgeable in.
What advice do you have for young entrepreneurs that are just starting out? Don't be afraid to pivot and don't stop. Push yourself out of your comfort zone, because at the end of the day that's where you'll learn the most and will be thankful that you did it at the end of the day.
