What’s the business that you came up with during the IDEA Centre and where is it now? While being at the IDEA Centre I began creating and working on a non profit organization called Foster Future to help foster youth find financial support to attend post secondary schooling. I am still working on my project as often as I can, and I cannot wait until I can actually help some of the youth in the foster system
What are you doing and working on nowadays? I am currently working mostly on the financial part of my project as well as looking for the first participants.
If a high school student contacted you now, in what ways do you think you could help them? If a high school student came to me for help I could give them advice about how things work and what could be struggling for them as well as connect them with people who could answer questions they might have that could be out of my capability
What advice do you have for young entrepreneurs that are just starting out? High school students should know that it can be difficult being a young entrepreneur, but the community is more than willing to support them in any way possible.
Favourite quote? My favourite quote is “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain” it perfectly describes entrepreneurs and how we look for new ways to deal with situations and problems.
